American Idol runner-up Crystal Bowersox will release her first post-Idol album on December 14 and as of Monday November 15 most of the information about the record was out. It will be called Farmer's Daughter and will have 12 tracks, ten written or co-written by the talented Ohioan.

The album cover is awesome, Bowersox and her friendly looking dog named Angel sitting on an old bed on an old porch; it has a great look and an inviting feel that suggests there will be warmth inside and a bit of an edge, qualities her fans on Idol, and back in Ohio where she has performed since the age of ten, know Crystal Bowersox has in abundance.
